Belarusian EAC Certification Requirements Document

Documents and information required for TR CU certification:
1) Filled Application form, which has the signature and seal of the applicant or authorized representative.
2) Contract copy with all pages and annexes (Confidential information can be concealed).
3) Technical description of the product - the name of the product series / model / articles (unlabelled products will not be accepted even for consideration), the purpose and scope of the product composition (materials used in manufacturing, including in%), photos of the products and other appearance (drawings, electric schemes);
4) Certificates of conformity for the materials used, components and related test protocols (if any);
5) Technical specification files, labels photo ;
6) Russian manuals;
7) Copies of own fabric test reports or copies of accredited testing labs test reports, copies of previously issued certificates or declarations, copies of the Russian state registration certificates, refusal letters or fire certificates / declarations (if any obtained earlier), copies of the certificates of ISO 9001 certificate. Any other certificates of quality from other international certification bodies will be also highly appreciated.

Samples of products for testing should be mandatorily presented (number and quantity will be determined by expert after receiving filled Application form). We need all documents listed above to be presented before testing procedure.
